Tangy Parmesan Trout

  • 1 pound trout fillets
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Paprika, to taste

Place trout fillets in a greased glass baking dish. In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion, garlic powder, and salt and spread over the fillets. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 20-25 at 350 degrees F or until trout is flaky.
