Jalapeno Trout
- 4 rainbow trout fillets
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, sliced (seeds removed if desired)
- 2 lemons, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat trout fillets with olive oil and season with garlic salt and pepper. Place each fillet on a square of aluminum foil. Arrange the jalapeno slices and lemon slices on top of the fillets. Wrap each fillet in the foil and place each foil packet onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until trout is flaky.
